I found this post really helpful as I’m just starting out and exploring what tools fit me best as I embark on making a full-time living as a solopreneur running an online business. Here is a quick summary of each of the tools he suggests.

The Seven Go-To Digital Tools for Solopreneurs Justin Welsh Recommends

1) Webflow

I’ve personally not used Webflow, but I do come across it quite often as a go-to source for website building, including for Justin Welsh. Webflow is quite intriguing, touting how they allow you to go beyond any templates and build a truly unique site, designed the way you want it, without having to write any code. They also have their own App ecosystem providing integrations between your app and other tools.

All in all, Webflow seems like a great choice for someone who is a bit more experienced in launching a website or online business and knows how to navigate the nuances of designing a site beyond using a template.

2. Kajabi

Perhaps one of the fastest growing tools amongst solopreneurs and online business owners is Kajabi. Again, not one I’ve used personally yet, but it’s hard not to come across it as I search for ways of generating passive income.

If you’re online business idea consists of creating and selling online courses, coaching, or building a membership community, Kajabi should definitely be in your toolkit.

3. Taplio

If you are looking to grow your personal brand on LinkedIn, Taplio should absolutely be in your toolkit. Leveraging AI, Taplio helps you find inspiration and generate content ideas in minutes, and then schedule out those posts directly to your LinkedIn feed.

Remember when I mentioned Twitter is a goldmine for information? Well, a lot of that information is most likely being created on Hypefury before blessing our feeds. Hypefurry serves as the personal assistant to Twitter power users like Justin Welsh, helping create and schedule content aimed to grow your audience, build email lists and sell products.

If you want to grow your brand on Twitter, Hypefury is a must. I just got started with the free version, and will keep you posted on results.

Their newest feature; The SparkLoop Partner Network, has essentially brought affiliate marketing into the newsletter game.

7. Fathom

Not a fan of Google Analytics? Fathom is an alternative analytics tool that claims to have revolutionized web analytics by making them easy to use and respectful of privacy laws like GDPR. This is another one on the list I have not personally used, so I won’t speak too much on it. However, if you are interested, I’d recommend taking a look at their live demo.
